Gift presents for a little girl: Scrap Ribbon Hair Tie tutorial
Supplies:
-elastic hair tie
-lots of scrap ribbon
-scissors
Cut your ribbon into 3-5 inch pieces.
Start knotting the ribbon around the elastic hair tie until you have ribbon all the way around the hair tie.
I used the ribbon I had left over from making my lil' dancer a tote for her dance shoes. Here it is finished.
And here it is in my darlin's hair...
